I only ever get 2 types of spam:

1) Grammatically-painful personal emails concerning my penis

“Hello mvmedstudent-

Hello mvmedstudent- You will be able to penetrate much more deeper”

“Hello mvmedstudent- Make your penis lllooooonnnngggggg….!!!”
